SLEEP
Function
Ends program execution and puts the SX into power down (sleep) mode.
Explanation
SLEEP puts the SX into power down mode halting the execution any further
instructions until it is reset, either externally (via MCLR\ pin), by a watchdog
timer timeout, or (if configured) a valid transition on any of the Multi-Input
Wakeup (MIWU) pins (RB pins).
